Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24hrs notice.

Please let us know 24 hours in advance. A fee $25 will be charged.
No show
Not showing up to your appointment without notice is subject to a full charge of your scheduled services.
Late Arrivals
We ask you to arrive on time. Arriving more than 10 mins late will forfeit the appointment and will result in a full charge of your scheduled services.

We kindly recommend 20% Tip from original price for your technician.
